We collaborate with allied health professionals and other medical specialties to provide a complete and connected service. We have created and will maintain a safe and tranquil space which promotes wellness, community and connection.

Dr Jaclyn Wloszczowski (she/her)
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Managing Director

Jaclyn is an obstetrician and gynaecologist who trained with some of Australia’s most renowned specialists at Monash Health, The Townsville Hospital and The Royal Women’s Hospital, after graduating from Monash University in 2006. She believes in providing holistic, woman-centred care and is committed to empowering women to be active participants in their wellbeing.
She provides care to women throughout their entire reproductive lives and beyond including management of periods, PCOS, abnormal pap smears and colposcopy, vulval conditions, prolapse and has a particular interest in pelvic pain and minimally invasive (laparoscopic/keyhole) surgery.
Jaclyn has experience with low risk, high risk and multiple pregnancies. She is able to facilitate natural (vaginal) delivery, vaginal breech and twin delivery, instrumental birth, VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean section) and caesarean section. Where caesarean section is required or desired, she believes it should as closely resemble the normal physiological process of birth and supports delayed cord clamping and the earliest possible initiation and maintenance of skin to skin contact. She believes that birth should be a positive experience, regardless of how her patients choose to deliver their babies, and respects their birth plans and wishes.
She is committed to ongoing education for both herself and others, and mentors Medical and Midwifery students. She is the Managing Director and co-founder of Embrace Women’s Health and Embrace Physio + Pilates. Outside of work she is passionate about fashion, fitness, footy, food, coffee and spending time with her young family.
Dr Danielle Quittner (she/her)
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Director

Danielle is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who completed her specialist training through Monash Health. After graduating from Monash University in 2008, Danielle specialised Obstetrics and Gynaecology, completing her training at Monash Medical Centre in the position of Chief Senior Registrar of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology program.
Danielle has a public clinical appointment at Monash Medical Centre, a leading tertiary teaching hospital. In 2018 she was appointed the Obstetric Lead for Clinical Governance and Patient Experience, Monash Health. Danielle also holds a Monash University teaching appointment.
Danielle is passionate about providing high quality, holistic and personalised care to women throughout their life cycle. Her practice is geared towards the care and management of pregnancy and delivery, ranging from supporting low risk to complex pregnancies. Danielle has an open-minded approach to individual birth preferences. She is supportive of natural birth, elective caesarean section, vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC), vaginal twin delivery and vaginal breech birth.
When not with mums and babies, Danielle has fun experimenting in the kitchen, gardening and enjoying her young family.
Jaclyn and Danielle are supported by a team of wonderful administrative staff, midwives and allied health professionals.
Dr Laura Pejnovic
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, General Psychiatrist

Laura is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who completed her specialist training at Monash Health, after graduating from The University of Melbourne in 2013. She holds a Masters of Psychiatry from The University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and the Victorian Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists. Laura was appointed the Chief Registrar of the Mental Health Program at Monash Health in 2020 and was responsible for assisting support the wellbeing of 100 junior medical staff during the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past decade, Laura has worked extensively in both inpatient and community public mental health settings, including at the Monash Health Oasis Statewide Neurodevelopmental Unit for neurodiverse children aged 12 years and under who are experiencing emotional distress.
In private practice, Laura provides care for infants through to young adults, and families including people planning pregnancy, experiencing challenges becoming pregnant, or those in the perinatal period. She has interests in anxiety, depression, trauma, and a person’s sense of self. Laura has specialist training in psychotherapy, family therapy, parent-child psychotherapy, and medication management where necessary. Her strengths include collaborative and empathetic person-centred care with a focus on psychotherapy.
Laura is passionate about developing an enduring trusting therapeutic relationship with people experiencing emotional distress. It is important to her that her patients feel safe within the therapeutic space and well understood. Laura hopes to provide her patients with holistic care that meets them where they are at and supports their emotional needs. Her focus is understanding a patient in the context of their family and their broader world. As such, working with a patient, their loved ones, and their health providers during their recovery journey is prioritised.
Given Laura’s scope within private practice at this time, she is unfortunately unable to take on new referrals for people who are experiencing acute mental health crises or serious mental health challenges such as a primary eating disorder, psychosis, or mania.

Dora Pandeloglou (she/her)

Dora developed a passion for Pelvic Health physiotherapy during her final years of University, undertaking her placement at the Royal Women’s Hospital. She loved the significant role that physiotherapy played in prenatal and postnatal recovery. Dora also developed a strong passion assisting women with pelvic health conditions including endometriosis, adenomyosis, sexual pain and menstrual pain.
Dora’s love for pelvic health grew when she was pregnant and gave birth to her beautiful children Archie and Mia.
Dora uses a holistic and proactive treatment approach that combines hands-on therapy, dry needling, education and exercise therapy for optimal client-centred care. She strongly believes every woman should be pain-free and have access to high-quality services throughout all life stages.

Jessica Adams (she/her)
pelvic health + musculoskeletal physiotherapist
Jessica is a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people to feel strong and capable within their body. Jess’ interest in promoting pain free movement developed as an elite swimmer where her she became fascinated with exercise science and the way that the body can adapt in response to change.
This led to Jess studying swimming coaching, personal training and pilates instruction whilst at university and subsequently working with the general rehabilitative and sporting populations.
During her final years of University, Jess also developed a keen interest for women’s health and furthered her pilates training in this field. Jess now loves working with pre and post natal clients and combines her skills as an exercise professional with hands on therapy and education to promote positive client outcomes. Jess also believes that physiotherapy extends beyond the initial injury, and should also look to create sustainable lifestyle change that allows you to move freely for years to come.

Chloe Cox (she/her)
pelvic health + musculoskeletal physiotherapist
Chloe centres her approach around individualised and patient centred care. She combines her knowledge of pelvic health and the musculoskeletal system to provide a holistic whole body treatment plan through the use of hands on therapy, dry needling, education and exercise prescription. Chloe has a special interest in pelvic and sexual pain concerns and is passionate about arming pre and postnatal patients with the education they need for optimal birth and recovery.
Chloe has worked as a Physiotherapist for the last 10 years and gained her Bachelor of Health Science, Physiotherapy degree from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. Since then she gained experience working in both hospital and private settings across Auckland and Melbourne. Chloe has undertaken further education in Pelvic and Women’s Health to add to her areas of expertise.

Divya Koujalgi (she/her)

Divya is passionate about empowering women to prioritize their health and wellbeing. She loves treating all her clients holistically and enjoys utilising her skills in pelvic floor, musculoskeletal and clinical pilates to create a well-rounded, individualised, client-centred plan to help them achieve their goals. She has a special interest in pelvic and sexual pain, the sporting pelvic floor and pregnant clients and is passionate about education and knowledge.
Divya graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours. She has worked as a Physiotherapist for the last 6 years in both a private practice and hospital setting with a caseload of musculoskeletal, women’s health, orthopaedics and clinical pilates clients. She went on to complete her Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy to further enhance her skills in this area.

Zali Rayment (she/her)

Zali is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a special clinical interest in the sporting pelvic floor and pre & postnatal management and rehabilitation. With a passion for empowering individuals through personalised care, Zali combines her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to promote optimal health and well-being.
Zali enjoys supporting her patients through their rehabilitation journeys and assisting her patients to reach their physical goals, be it getting back to walking, running, gym or sport. Zali is committed to helping reduce the stigma associated with pelvic floor dysfunction in athletes and has presented to and worked with many elite athletes and sporting clubs including Essendon AFLW/VFLW, Hawthorn AFLW and VIS Women’s Hockey. She believes that pelvic floor dysfunction should not impact upon one’s quality of life and is passionate about providing vital support to women navigating the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Her passion in these fields has led her to pursue post graduate qualifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation at the University of Melbourne. This unique blend of knowledge and experience allows her to address the specific needs of her clients, ensuring they receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.
Outside of her clinical practice, Zali enjoys going out for dinner with her friends, heading to the beach on the weekends and going on morning walks/runs with her partner Cam and puppy Nala.

Meg is a warm and approachable sexologist who supports individuals and couples to navigate sexual issues and enjoy more fulfilling sexual experiences.
Determined to create an open and positive dialogue about sexuality, Meg provides a non-judgemental space for people to discuss their sexual concerns and desires. Her sessions are client-focused and she works collaboratively with clients to identify individual needs and strengths, and develop relevant and practical treatment options. Meg combines counselling, comprehensive sexuality education and somatic practices to help people enhance their sexual wellbeing. Her work is trauma-informed and inclusive of cultural, gender and sexual diversity. Meg is a current member of the Society of Australian Sexologists.

Nadine Barkley (she/her)

Nadine started her nursing life as an emergency nurse and has found her passion in midwifery and more so antenatal and breast feeding education. After graduating from Monash and Latrobe universities, Nadine has worked across the public and private hospital sectors. She loves the physiology of birth and the power that knowledge gives to a birthing family. She describes herself as not a “hippie midwife” but is excited to share her skills and knowledge through laughter, stories and self-empowerment.
Nadine loves hearing birth stories, supporting women’s choices when it comes to feeding their babies and recognises the importance of support and community when it comes to parenting. Nadine embraces the strength of every modern family… whatever that might be!
When Nadine is not working as a nurse or midwife, she is usually cooking and feeding people, having adventures with her husband and 2 children or hanging out with the dog!
